The cappuccino is surprisingly smooth for a powder—no chalky aftertaste at all, and it actually curbed my afternoon snack urge. I’ve been swapping my usual coffee for this on busy mornings and the 15g of protein keeps me going past lunch.
The hot chocolate flavor is genuinely creamy, not watery like most protein drinks I've tried. 15 grams of protein actually keeps me full until lunch, and knowing there's collagen in it is a nice bonus for my skin.
