The cappuccino flavor is genuinely creamy, not watery like I expected, and the 12g of protein actually keeps me full until lunch. I've been swapping my afternoon coffee for this and the low sugar means no jitters or crash. The collagen is a nice bonus for my skin, too.
I was skeptical about a hot drink with protein, but the hot chocolate is genuinely creamy and satisfying, not chalky at all. It curbed my afternoon snack craving and kept me going past 4pm without a slump. Already ordered another box.
